We’re do I start. On 01-30-2021 I seen a 2017 Cadillac Escalade that I like but when I test drove it I pointed out to them some issues with it and they reassured me if I buy the truck now I can bring it back in a couple days and they’ll give me a loaner car for a couple of days. and they promised to take care of everything that was wrong with the vehicle. Sorry to say that they did not keep their promise and I had to pay out of my pocket about $1200 to replace a front sensor that they promised to fix And the police just stop my wife for a traffic stop and he told us that the color of the vehicle is actually black when we thought we were buying a white vehicle so now we have to go through all the paperwork at the DMV. And this wasn’t a cheap Escalade it was a 45k Escalade.How can a big car dealership miss that. I’m going to see what I can do legally because I don’t think I got what I paid for!!! Stay away because they don’t keep their promises and they’ll do anything to make a sell
